2-day juice cleanse nutrition plan: By combining the GNC Total Lean™ 2-day juice cleanse with the nutrition plan below, you can be on your way to achieving your weight loss goals and living a healthier life! Developed by GNC experts in nutrition, this plan was developed to ensure adequate nutrient intake, while limiting the amount of toxins or chemicals consumed. Day 1: drink one bottle, twice daily, 30 minutes before meals. Breakfast: 3 plain rice cakes. 2 T peanut butter. 2 c berries or fresh fruit or Total Lean™ breakfast square. Lunch: Salad: 2 c romaine greens. 1 c assorted vegetables. 1/4 c almonds. Low sodium or homemade dressing: (vinegar, oil, natural seasonings) or Total Lean™ Lean Shake™ 25. Snack: 3 pieces celery. 1 T peanut butter or Total Lean™ lean bar. Dinner: Beans & rice dish: 1 c brown rice. 1/2 c lentils or beans. 1.5 c steamed vegetables. 1 c fruit or Total Lean™ Lean Shake™ 25. Day 2: drink one bottle, twice daily, 30 minutes before meals. Breakfast: Banana smoothie: 1 c ice. 1 c fat-free milk. 1 banana or Total Lean™ breakfast square. Lunch: Rice & bean burrito: 1 /2 c black beans (low sodium), 1 /2 c brown rice. 1 /4 c chopped onion. 1 /4 c tomato. 1 T cilantro. 8' organic whole wheat tortilla. 1 /2 c low-fat yogurt. 1 oz walnuts. 1 piece of fruit or Total Lean™ Lean Shake™ 25. Snack: 1 piece of fruit. 1/2 c low-fat cottage cheese or yogurt or Total Lean™ lean bar. Dinner: 1/4 of a baked large. Eggplant. 1 T olive oil. 1 baked potato. 10 baby carrots, cooked. 2 c romaine greens. Low sodium or homemade dressing: (vinegar, oil, natural seasonings) or Total Lean™ Lean Shake™ 25. Directions for use: drink one 12 fl oz bottle two times daily, 30 minutes before meals, for two consecutive days. Best served chilled; shake well before drinking. For best results, follow the nutrition plan on the carton.
