Overnight Pro-Oats

Option: Overnight Chocolate and PB oats

Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup Almond milk
1/2 cup low fat plain yogurt
1tbsp GNC Pur Edge Daily Powdered PB
1tbsp unsweetened cacoa powder

Mix and Refrigerate Overnight.
Top with cocoa nibs and desiccated coconut.

 

Option: Overnight Mason Jar Protein Oats

Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almondmilk
1tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop GNC French Vanilla Lean Protein
1/3 cup plain yogurt
 

Mix all the ingredients in a mason jar and refrigerate overnight.
Next morning you can top with almonds, coconut flakes, pomegranate pips, etc.
