Homemade Protein Bars

Ingredients:
1 mashed banana
1 1/2 cups dry oatmeal
2 tbsp flax seed, ground
1 scoop GNC French Vanilla Total Lean Protein
1/4 cup organic peanut butter
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup dried mixed berries
1/4 cup water

1 large organic dark choc bar, melted 

Mix all the ingredients but chocolate. Line a pan with foil and spread mixture evenly. Melt choc in microwave and drizzle over. Place the pan in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Cut into 10-12 bars and wrap in plastic wrap and store in freezer. Thaw slightly before serving.
