Greek Yogurt and Berry Protein Ice Lollies

Ingredients: 
1/2 cup Low Fat Greek Yoghurt
1 cup chopped strawberries
1 scoop GNC French Vanilla Lean Protein

small handful of blueberries (optional)

 

Method
1. Add the yoghurt, strawberries & protein into a blender and blend until smooth
2. Pour the mixture into your ice lolly moulds (this recipe makes 4!) and add any extra fruit pieces
3. Freeze overnight or until firm then enjoy! - TIP: to make the ice lollies come out easily run the plastic under warm water for a few moments!
