Chocolate Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 scoop GNC Double Rich Choc Whey Protein
1/2 mashed banana
1 egg white
1/2 tsp baking powder
Dash of Almond Milk
coconut oil for frying
Mix and add more almond milk if mixture appears too thick.

Grease a large, non-stick frying pan with a heaped teaspoon of coconut oil and pour the mixture onto the pan making 3-4 small pancakes.
Cook on a medium heat for 2 minutes until both sides are golden brown.
Remove from the heat, plate up and serve with all your favourite toppings!
