Banana and Oat Protein Bake

Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1 scoop GNC French Vanilla Lean Protein
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 mashed bananas
4 egg whites
1 cup almondmilk
1 tsp cinnamon

Mix well and fold in some splintered Almonds. Put mix in a square ovenproof dish.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 for 30mins.
Let it cool and cut in squares. Sprinkle with desiccated coconut and toppings of choice.
